Do not vote for the bailout and do not use taxpayer funds to purchase worthless assets from criminals who should be in jail for fraud. If you want to help someone help the people who are losing their homes and jobs because of this ponzi scheme that has been run by Wall St the past few years. A bailout will not change anything. The economy needs a correction to cleanse itself of this fraudulent activity. The only thing a bailout will do is throw good money after bad and prolong the depression that is coming. Do not listen to the spineless wimps who are being manipulated by Wall Street. Policy decisions should not be made based on the market.
If you vote for this bailout, you might as well retire as there are many people who will refuse to vote for you ever again regardless of party affiliation. This is beyond partisan politics. By bailing out the criminals who have committed this fraud against the American public you will be nothing more than an accomplice.
If you vote for the bailout, You will be guilty of gross negligence and you WILL be voted out of office.
You can view the voting records both on the Senate website as well as the Washington Post website.
